The brief
Firedog were appointed to re-position Inclarity from a technology orientation to a company that focuses on services provided to customers. This required the development of a brand and website strategy to clearly differentiate Inclarity’s two core business segments, and support a product sales drive through customer friendly communication. Overall, Firedog was responsible for: Brand perception survey • Brand strategy • Logo design & development • Core messaging, straplines & copy styling • Design of a visual look & feel • Website strategy, design and build • Design of exhibition banners and stands • Marketing collateral • Ongoing support
The solution
Firedog developed a clever strategy that incorporated creating an ownable brand asset that could be applied across all marketing collateral. The ‘crystal clear’ cube works to convey the idea of clear communication and can be instantly recognised as part of the Inclarity brand. The website was designed to act as a gateway for customers to easily access Inclarity’s two very different business segments; Hosted VoIP and Voice & Data.
The results
Firedog’s creative reflected the new values of a friendly, approachable and customer centric company. Firedog is now continuing to work with Inclarity in support of the roll out of the new brand including brochures, case studies, and supporting communication material.
