Firedog was briefed to redesign the existing identity with an aim to create a contemporary yet approachable feel. This was then applied to a stationery suite including a corporate folder.
Out of the various options presented both the client and Firedog felt that the puzzle brand asset is the most appropriate visual metaphor for the brand. The idea that Inverthorn “fills the financial gap” is realised through the use of this simple device. The reverse of the stationery capitalises on this by showing an inversion of the concept with the one piece missing.
The puzzle mnemonic will prove, in its simplicity, to be a strong and easily campaignable brand. Phase two sees Firedog designing the client website.
