Firedog in the mix…

Firedog have just completed a full brand identity for Rocudo, a music technology and software firm based out of Ireland.

Rocudo provides a new way for fans of dance and electronic music to discover and engage with music. Rocudo’s easy-to-use tools allow the user to create mixes and remixes and then share their creations anywhere on the web – through Facebook, MySpace, Bebo etc. Firedog’s brief included usability analysis, brand identity, visual look and feel, full software user interface design, website and an ‘API widget’ interface.

Rocudo’s smart, yet simple remixing product was soft-launched at the Sonar music festival in Barcelona this June. The full software launch will take place at the Amsterdam Dance Event weekend in October, once the beta-testing of the software is complete.
