Firedog provide a few words of advice in DIGIT

Firedog has recently contributed to an article in DIGIT magazine that centres on advice to growing agencies.

The article entitled ‘Steps to success’ features input from a number of agencies in the United Kingdom and gives tips on how to take your creative business from being ‘a struggling artist to a staffed agency with a swanky office’.

Although our industry seems daunting at times, there are some helpful nuggets that just seem to make common sense. Things such as being good friends with your bank manager, looking after your people and ultimately never giving up!
